With a background in theater and television production and a long history
of fundraising and development Samantha founded her company in 2003 with a mission to create exciting fundraising
events designed to fit the needs of the organization and secure the financial
goals to allow for the organization to thrive. We work with the staff, board
and volunteers to determine donor base, event type, marketing and promotional
opportunities, create budgets, work plans, and overall management of a successful
and unique fundraising event.

Event Planning Strategy
In meeting with organizational staff and committee members, our goal is to
determine the vision for the event. After open discussions about the organization’s
history, event logistics, schedule of events, marketing, and communications,
we will develop a work plan to serve as a reference point for all staff and
vendors. The work plan is an evolving document that will include goals, timelines,
schedules, communication plans, task lists, budgets and a logistics outline.
As the concept of the event grows, the work plan will change to reflect specific
details, contact information, and expanded task lists.
Additionally, as a fundraising event we will review the demographics of previous
attendees, assist to develop further donor outreach tools, and ultimately
structure the event to increase fundraising potential based on previous statistics
and donor giving strategies.
Communication with staff and committee members will be essential to ensure
that timelines, budgets, and contracts with vendors are met. Open lines of
communication will ensure a strategic partnership and successful event. Our
goal will be to keep the planning fun and exciting while working in partnership
with the event committee and increasing fundraising potential.
